Welcome to our app. By downloading, installing, or using this application, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Subscription Services

Monthly Membership: We offer an auto-renewable monthly subscription at a price of $0.99/month (or equivalent in local currency).
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscription: You can manage or cancel your subscription after purchase by going to your iPhone/iPad "Settings" -> tap your Apple ID -> "Subscriptions".

2. Free Trial (if applicable)

After any free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and be charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

3. Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple Inc. We cannot process refunds directly. If you need a refund, please request it through Apple's official support channel (reportaproblem.apple.com).

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the app for any illegal activities and not to attempt to hack or reverse engineer any part of the application.

5. Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (temporarily or permanently) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the service.
